A woman calls in saying she is disabled and she is permanent here and she even has a British passport. She says she had indefinite leave to remain and now she has had a divorce with her husband. As she is disabled, she twice had a stroke and her left side doesnt work and now she is on benefits Income Support and Disability Living Allowance. She says she wants to call her parents over, can she do so, she is educated. Harjap says as long as you are on the benefits, they wont let you sponsor them. She says wont they allow it for my parents, with a 10 year visa. Cant they stay permanent? Harjap says no they cant as they will say who will look after them and their costs. She says I will. Harjap says you are yourself being supported by the government. It all goes quiet for a bit. Then she is back with saying she will do something with the costs and her home. Harjap says they dont agree with this, your annual, weekly costs, the government gives it to you. If you didnt have that, you will have no money for yourself for living and food. They support one and another two more will come. They dont allow this. She says if I start working, will they allow it. Harjap says you will have to work, stop your social security, your parents age must be over 65 and you parents should have some social income and bad wellbeing. She says they dont have any income as they are retired. Harjap says they must have a pension. She says yes they have a pension. Harjap says that is their income. She says my mum is 70 years old and my dad is around 80. Harjap says that is fine but they get some income. They will refuse it on their income. It will be better if they keep coming and going as visitors. She says it is hard, cant they stay permanent with me. Harjap says they wont allow it. She says cant they be permanent on any grounds. Harjap says no, people get permanent after being here illegal for 14 years, didnt you hear it, that woman came since 1992 and still she is not permanent. If they got ill or something tomorrow, you havent got the costs for your own medicine, how will you give theirs? She says I cant do private as I am on benefits. Harjap says they wont even allow your parents to go into the hospital. She says so as long as I am on benefits, they cant be permanent. Harjap says no. She says if I work, they will stop all my benefits. Harjap says yes true. She says I cant do this much work. Harjap says let them keep coming and going then. She says I am not well, they can be with me. Can they get benefits too? Harjap says yes, do this, put everyone on benefits and bring everyone, even the animals. The government is here for nothing else, people just want money making schemes. If you love your parents that much, you go and live there. You can go and live there if you love your parents. She says if I go, where will I get money from. Harjap says its not your parents you love, its the money. The £70 you get per week is what you love, if you parents come, put them on benefit, these kind of things dont happen. She says ok, dont matter. Harjap says it dont matter, we will try to make a scheme like this, this is a brilliant scheme I will tell the government, extra benefit scheme, in our village there are 10/12 extra, we will bring them too for social security, someone has a bad leg, someone doesnt give milk, even for the goats we will have a scheme. When you speak like this and the government is listening, what is the point of this, the 2 of them, lets kick them out of here. You want your parents to come, have benefits given, medicines given, marry you children and bring all the wedding possessions, dont you do anything for this country, all the poor people, kick them out, your schemes are very good ideas, India can be hit, that is why India says go out of here and die, the people from here say go to India and die. You sometimes say to me you make us laugh but sometimes, you make me laugh, look at the kind of schemes that come. The idea is very wrong, your brains are number 1, you should get an award. Bent brain scheme, we will tell Gordan (Brown) to give us an award, we will tell you some schemes as well. You also go and sit on the benefit, we will tell him that.
